Family Farm Day: November 11th

Family Farm Days Return. School is out on Friday, November 11th. Play outside with us! At 10 AM, we will have activity stations set up and knowledgeable educators to facilitate* your morning in the garden.

Featured Activities:

  • SIGHTS AND SIGNS OF WILDLIFE. Who else has been foraging on the farm?
  • SOIL EXPLORATION. Dig into our worm bin
  • POLLINATION STATION. Make a seed ball to start a Pollinator Garden
  • PLANT PART ART. Try your hand at botanical illustration
  • SEED DISSECTION. Get a sneak peek inside a seed

Registration $5-$15 suggested donation is requested, but not required.

We’ll be outside, on a working farm, all morning. Please dress appropriately!

*The event is self-guided. All children must be accompanied by an attentive adult.

 

**Plan to arrive anytime between 10 am and noon. The event wraps up at 1 pm.
